Recently, the 2026 Ho Chi Minh City International Machine Tool Manufacturing and Metalworking Technology Exhibition (MTA Vietnam) opened in grand style at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, running from 1 to 4 July 2026. The main motorized spindle delivers 15kW power with a maximum speed of 4000rpm, fitted with NSK P4-grade precision spindle bearings. The sub synchronous motorized spindle outputs 13.4kW and reaches up to 5000rpm, supported by NTN high-precision bearings.

The X and Z axes are configured with PMI C3-grade ball screws and PMI 35mm roller linear guides to ensure high-precision feed and positioning. Fitted with a BMT45-16 powered turret, the machine is ideal for heavy-duty cutting.Standard configurations include a Taiwan Seven Ocean hydraulic station, a 4L pre-filling oil lubrication system, a 2V-90 water lifting pump with water tank, and Schneider electrical components imported from France. It also comes standard with full inner guards, fully enclosed machine covers, main & sub-spindle chucks, and a chip conveyor.Capable of completing all machining procedures for complex workpieces in a single setup, this lathe is widely suitable for machining automotive spare parts, hydraulic components and general precision components.

At the exhibition, Gongtie Intelligent set up a comprehensive display stand and conducted live machining demonstrations on the actual machine, vividly showcasing the equipment’s outstanding machining accuracy and long-term operational stability.
