The 2025 Brazilian Machine Tool Exhibition, EXPOMAFE, will take place from May 6th to May 10th, 2025, at the São Paulo Convention and Exhibition Center. As the largest and most professional machine tool exhibition in Brazil and South America, EXPOMAFE attracts extensive industry attention. The previous edition featured a massive 64,000 square meters of exhibition area, welcoming 900 participating companies from countries and regions including China, Chile, and the United States, and drawing over 55,000 attendees.
On May 5, 2025, Gongtie’s sales and technical teams arrived in Brazil to participate in this important event. Our booth is located at N041, with exhibition dates from May 6th to May 10th, 2025. At this exhibition, Gongtie presented the MDX0840 model, a high-precision slant bed CNC turning-milling lathe equipped with a power turret. Featuring a box guideway combined with an interpolated Y-axis (15°+30°), the MDX0840 provides enhanced flexibility for complex machining operations. At its core is Gongtie’s independently developed electric spindle, offering high efficiency, superior torque, excellent rigidity, and minimal vibration — resulting in outstanding surface finish and positioning accuracy. This robust spindle enables reliable, consistent turning and milling, while also ensuring long service life and cost efficiency for operators.
Equipped with a 12-station BMT55 power turret, the MDX0840 delivers superb rigidity and quick tool changes, making it an excellent choice for heavy-duty and precision turning applications.
Our booth attracted a large number of visitors eager to learn about the MDX0840. Gongtie’s technical experts were on site to explain the machine’s configurations, demonstrate its features, and answer detailed questions with great enthusiasm.
