On May 14, 2025, our sales and technical teams arrived at the Malaysia International Trade Exhibition Center to participate in the prestigious METALTECH machine tool exhibition. Gongtie proudly showcased our innovative solutions at Booth Hall2-2346, from May 14 to May 17, 2025.
METALTECH, held annually, is one of Southeast Asia’s most influential exhibitions for the machine tool and metalworking industries. The previous edition attracted 620 exhibitors across 35,000 square meters of exhibition space and welcomed over 21,000 visitors, demonstrating its strong industry impact and broad market reach.
At this year’s event, Gongtie presented the MDY0842 model, a high-precision slant bed CNC turning-milling lathe equipped with a power turret. At the heart of this machine is Gongtie’s independently developed electric spindle, which delivers outstanding anti-vibration performance, high rigidity, fast rotational speeds, constant torque, and precise positioning. The 15-station BMT55 power turret, paired with a directly driven spindle and roller guideway, ensures exceptional accuracy, rigidity, and stability throughout machining operations.
Additionally, the directly coupled 90° Y-axis enables complex turning and milling functions, making the MDY0842 an ideal solution for sophisticated manufacturing demands.
Our booth drew the attention of numerous customers and industry professionals, with our technical staff on hand to provide in-depth product demonstrations and answer questions enthusiastically. Visitors showed great interest in how Gongtie’s advanced technologies can optimize their production processes and deliver tangible improvements in performance.
