Indian Customers Complete Equipment Acceptance at Gongtie

Recently, a delegation of Indian customers visited Ningbo Gongtie Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (“Gongtie”) for a two-day on-site acceptance inspection of equipment they had previously purchased.

The visit focused on a comprehensive evaluation of machining performance, equipment operation, and automation integration. It also provided an opportunity for both sides to conduct in-depth technical discussions based on the customers’ actual production requirements.

Through on-site testing, technical troubleshooting, automation acceptance, and a tour of its manufacturing facilities, Gongtie demonstrated its capabilities in CNC machining, automation integration, technical service, and complete machine manufacturing.

On-Site Problem Solving Demonstrates Technical Service Capability

On the first day, the customers worked closely with Gongtie’s technical team to conduct on-site machining tests, with a particular focus on workpiece cutting and internal bore machining.

When issues arose during the actual machining process, Gongtie’s engineers analyzed the workpiece characteristics, machining requirements, and cutting conditions. Through trial cutting, adjustment, and repeated verification, the team identified and resolved the issues on site.

This application-oriented approach demonstrated Gongtie’s practical understanding of machining processes and its ability to provide timely technical support based on real production requirements.

Throughout the testing process, both teams reviewed the cutting results, internal bore machining quality, and overall machine performance item by item. Gantry Robot Acceptance Highlights Automation Integration

On the second day, the customers completed the on-site acceptance of the gantry robot and verified its coordinated operation with the CNC machine tool and automatic loading and unloading system.

The successful integration of the gantry robot with the CNC machine demonstrated Gongtie’s ability to provide more than standalone machine tools. By combining CNC equipment with automated material handling, Gongtie can develop complete automated production cells according to different workpiece characteristics, production processes, and cycle-time requirements.

During the acceptance process, the customers also toured Gongtie’s spindle laboratory and machine assembly workshop.

The visit provided an opportunity for the delegation to learn more about spindle testing, precision assembly, machine integration, and complete-machine inspection.
