On April 20, 2025, Ningbo Gongtie Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from an Indian high-end manufacturing enterprise. With a strong focus on full automation to support their large-scale production requirements, the clients visited Gongtie to conduct a comprehensive on-site assessment.
Since the initial stages of machine tool design, Gongtie has consistently integrated modular automation concepts into its equipment. This commitment allows customers to adopt fully automated solutions, which help reduce manual labor demands, lower technical entry barriers, save production costs, and ultimately improve manufacturing efficiency.
The visiting client serves high-end markets in automotive components, precision molds, and related sectors, with extremely stringent requirements for the precision, rigidity, and overall configuration level of their production equipment. This visit aimed to verify whether Gongtie’s advanced machine tools could meet their demanding supply chain standards.
Accompanied by the Gongtie technical and management teams, the delegation toured the intelligent production workshop, optical laboratory, and high-precision spindle R&D center. During the visit to the spindle facility, clients gained a detailed understanding of Gongtie’s self-developed synchronous permanent magnet motorized spindle technology. They expressed strong approval of its constant torque, low noise operation, high speed performance, and zero transmission error — key features critical to achieving advanced, reliable manufacturing.
Following the visit, the client stated:
“The precision performance of Gongtie’s machine tools has reached a very high level. The rigid design is particularly suitable for our needs in machining high-hardness alloy materials. The configuration of the Italian Fulcrum stator-rotor and Japanese NTN bearings also fully reflects its high-end positioning.”
Currently, both parties have moved into detailed procurement negotiations, laying the groundwork for future cooperation.
