● GS/G series gantry machining center bed, workbench, column beam, saddle, ram and other key components are all made of high-strength Meehanite cast iron and resin sand molding, which has good shock absorption and thermal stability.
● The structural strength and rigidity of the whole machine are high.
● The X/Y axes are fixed by heavy-duty roller linear guide rails, with small friction coefficient and high positioning accuracy.
● The Z-axis adopts heavy-duty roller linear guide rail or rectangular hard rail structure, and each motion pair runs smoothly, accurately, wear-resistant and has a long service life.
● X, Y, and Z axes all use high-precision pretensioned ball screws.
● It is directly connected by a high-power AC servo motor, and there is no backlash transmission.
● The up and down motion of the Z-axis adopts double nitrogen balance cylinders to balance the unbalanced force of its movement, so as to reduce the no-load torque of the ball screw, reduce the wear of the ball screw, and maintain the accuracy and stability of the ball screw.

Oil cooler

The whole spindle is controlled by an oil cooler. So the temperature can be kept in 22 degrees .

Air System

Air system works to filtrate water and dust from air source, protect machine from damage and corrosion by duty air.

Central water

After the cooling water circulating inside the spindle is ejected through the central water outlet, it can effectively dissipate heat, reduce the temperature of the machine tool spindle, improve the processing accuracy and extend the service life of the machine tool.

Tool Magazine

Disk type mechanical arm tool changer.
Roller cam driving and positioning type for tool changing.Mechanical arm work for tool changing and tool feed when spindle positioned at tool changer position.The tool changer is accuracy and quickly for tool changing.

Four axis turntable(optional)
