Lathe Bed

HT300 material casted iron as machine body, it is designed to load all parts conbined, with high temperature stoving varnish, super performance of resistance to corrosion, rigidity and anti-vibration, long life at most complicated environment.

CNC System

● The CNC controller comes with CNC functions for multi machines and processing applications.
● Easily adjustable steps for max. Accuracy and smoothness.
● Less training from simple programming language.
● Most functions are already on board.

Spindle with Oil Cooler

● Spindle with oil cooler: A2-8, 22.8kw 3000rpm.
● Optional subpindle with oil cooler: A2-6, 15kw 4500rpm.
Main spindle built-in direct drive motor spindle with 22.8 KW in lathes is rigid and stable, ideal for heavy cutting. Its adjustability ensures precision and efficiency. Durable and cost-effective, it's a reliable solution for lathe operations.

Chuck

● 10 inches hydraulic hollow chuck with 3 jaws.
● Chuck is of 17~210 mm clamping diameter, max. 140KN clamping, 0~5000rpm speed.
● Matching surfaces is treated by hardened and ground.
● Chuck is lubricated directly, work with high rigidity and high clamping accuracy.

Turret

Max. loads 12 servo tools for processing. Based excellent designing, the BMT65-12 equipped on boxway carriage is with super rigidity, fast to change tools, professional for turning&milliing processing and heavy cutting.

Box Way

Box way improving processing efficiency and for high stiffness and heavy cutting

Ball Screw

For X/Z axis screw, with oil lubrication and cooling, screw is of fast speed feeding, high accuracy positioning and long working life.

Oil Cooler

By reducing the working temperature, the oil cooler reduces the wear of the machine and tool, shortens the tool replacement cycle, and improves the machining efficiency.

Cooling & Cleaning

Installed water lifting pump, with large capacity tank, and several filtering system, they work for cooling and cleaning workpiece and tools well.

Electric box

Full electrical components in the electrical box, which is with safety switch locking automatically when working. A heat exchanger inside to keep the box from high temperature. Full Schneider electrical components from France.
