Machine Body
Integrated casted iron slant bed

Electric Spindle
A2-6, 15kw 0~4500rpm
Electric spindle in lathes is rigid and stable, ideal for heavy cutting. High speed, high efficiency; Fast for ACC/DEC, high efficiency; Big torque force, high rigidity; Low vibration, better roughness; Positioning accuracy, turning & milling. Its adjustability ensures precision and efficiency. Durable and cost-effective, it's a reliable solution for lathe operations.
Chuck
● 8 inches hydraulic hollow chuck with 3 jaws.
● Chuck is of 210mm clamping diameter, max. 85.8kgf(8750N)clamping, 0~5000rpm speed.
● Matching surface is treated by hardended and ground.
● Chuck is lubricated directly, work with high rigidity and high clamping accurancy.
Turret
12 Station BMT55 POWER turret with Y axis
Max.loads 12 servo tools for processing.
Based excellent designing, the 12 station BMT55 POWER turret with 15+30° interpolation Y axis is with super rigidity, fast to change tools, professional for turning processing and heavy processing.
Tailstock

Box Way

Ball Screw
● PMI 3210 ball screw.
● For X/Z axis screw, we use PMI brand ball screw
3210-C3, servo motor, with oil lubrication and cooling, screw is of fast speed feeding, high accuracy positioning and long working life.
Hydraulic Station
Gongcheng uses Seven Ocean hydraulic station as standard for CNC machine. With 40L hydraulic oil capacity and 1.5kw motor driving, the hydraulic station supply fast and stability power to spindle cylinder, chuck and tailstock.
Lubrication System
●Ishan 2L oil lubrication system
●2L oil capacity lubrication system for guide ways and screws working. Circularly lubricating provides machine running long time. Gongcheng fills lubrication oil in before delivery for each customer.
Cooling & Cleaning
Installed 2V-30 water lifting pump, with large capacity tank, and several filtering system, they work for cooling and cleaning work piece and tools well.
Electrical Box
Full electrical components in the electrical box, which is with safety switch locking automatically when working. A heat exchanger inside to keep the box from high temperature. Full Schneider electrical components from France.
