Turret

Subspindle
Both side electric spindle can perfectly & synthronizely realize the feeding&receiving, absolutely boost the processing performance, one time set up, realize the turning, milling, drilling&tapping all the process technologies.
Guide Way

● PMI roller guide ways with slide block, it is with heavy loading and high rigidity, provides high precision feeding.
● Guide way size: 35mm width, and Z axis with 6 slide blocks.
Ball Screw
● PMI 3210/4210 ball screw.
● PMI brand ball screw 3210-C3, powered by 3.0kw power and 15N.m torque servo motor, oil lubrication and cooling, screw is of fast speed feeding, high accuracy positioning and long working life.
Hydraulic Station
● Uses Seven Ocean hydraulic station as standard for MJ series CNC machine. ● With 60L hydraulic oil capacity and 1.5kw motor driving, the hydraulic station supply fast and stability power to spindle cylinder, chuck and tailstock.
Lubrication Syste
● Ishan 2L oil lubrication system.
● 4L oil capacity lubrication system for guide ways and screws working.
● Circularly lubricating provides machine running long time. GONGTIE fills lubrication oil in before delivery for each
customer.
Cooling & Cleaning
Installed 2V-30 water lifting pump, with large capacity tank, and several filtering system, they work for cooling and cleaning workpiece and tools well.
Electric box
Full electrical components in the electrical box, which is with safety switch locking automatically when working. A heat exchanger inside to keep the box from high temperature. Full Schneider electrical components from France.
