Machine Body
● Integrated casted iron 45 degree slant bed

Spindle
● A2-5, Φ56mm bore, 13.4kw, 0~5000rpm.
● Built in direct drive motor spindle unit, NTN P4 grade NTN bearings of 3+2 structure.
● The spindle is excellent at anti-brication, high rigidity, fast speed, constant torque and high accuracy positioning.
Chuck
● 6 inches+6 inches hydraulic hollow chuck with 3 jaws.
● Matching surfaces is treated by hardened and ground.
● Chuck is lubricated directly, work with high rigidity and high clamping accuracy.
Turret
● Live tools (optional).

Guide Way
● PMI X/Z 30mm/35mm roller guide way.
● PMI roller guide ways, it is with heavy loading and high rigidity, provides high precision feeding.
● X Guide way size: 35mm width.
● Z Guide way size: 45mm width.
Ball Screw
● PMI C3 X/Z 3210 ball screw.
● For X/Z axis screw, we use PMI C3 X/Z ball screw 3210, powered by 3.9kw power and 18.6N.m torque servo motor, with oil lubrication and cooling, screw is of fast speed feeding, high accuracy positioning and long working life.
Hydraulic Station
● Seven Ocean hydraulic station
● GONGTIE uses Seven Ocean hydraulic station as standard for MJ series CNC machine. With 40L hydraulic oil capacity and 1.5kw motor driving, the hydraulic station supplies fast and stable power to the spindle cylinder, chuck, and tailstock.

Central Water (Optional)
After the cooling water circulating inside the spindle is ejected through the central water outlet, it can effectively dissipate heat, reduce the temperature of the machine tool spindle, improve the processing accuracy and extend the service life of the machine tool.
Lubrication System

● 2L oil capacity lubrication system for guide ways and screws working.
● Circularly lubricating provides machine running long time.
We fill lubrication oil in before delivery for each customer.
