The ontire line indudes 1 set of articulated robot, 1 set of robot fixed base plate, 2 sets of end effectors, 1 set of robot integrated bus otc. It cooperates with the workpiece bracket provided by the user to complete the trajectory cutting of wood panels.

●Description Of Key Components

2.Articulated robot base
●Note:
The base of the articulated robot is mainly used to secure the robot. If the robot’s arm span is insufficient, the base can be raised or heightened.
3.End effector
In accordance with the wood processing technical requirements, two sets of drilling and milling motor clamps are selected for this project. One set serves as a spare, which can be deployed when the other malfunctions, thus preventing disruptions to the equipment’s normal operation.
●Note:
The motor selected is of the YE380-2-3KW-ER25 specification, with specific parameters as shown in the left diagram. If the User requires adjustable motor speed, an external frequency converter can be added. However, when the speed reaches a maximum of 6000 rpm, the torque will be halved to 4 N·m.
